The "Hellcats" hottie looked sweet in a dark calfskin vest with a striped slipover, dark trousers, and studded lower leg boots as she examined the land offerings.

In the interim, Ashley's longtime gal buddy Vanessa Hudgens advised press she completely hopes to be a bridesmaid in the approaching ceremony.
